Mold Remediation

  • Inspection & Assessment: The process begins with a detailed inspection to identify the extent of mold growth and the source of moisture feeding it. Air and surface samples may be collected to determine the type and concentration of mold present.

  • Proactive Treatment: At our company, mold removal is just the beginning. We take a proactive approach to remediation—addressing the current issue while also identifying potential risk areas throughout your property. Our team provides tailored prevention strategies designed to help you maintain a healthy, mold-free environment well into the future.

  • Containment: To prevent mold spores from spreading to unaffected areas, our team may install physical barriers (such as plastic sheeting) and negative air pressure systems. This ensures the contamination remains isolated during cleanup.

  • Equipment: Our team uses a wide range of equipment from Air Scrubbers and HEPA Vacuum. These are used to capture airborne mold spores, improving air quality and reducing cross-contamination.

  • Mold Removal: All affected materials are cleaned, treated, or removed, depending on their condition. Non-porous materials are disinfected, while porous materials like drywall or insulation may need replacement. When replacing drywall, our team uses mold-resistant drywall to decrease the likelihood of mold returning.

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Surfaces in the affected area are thoroughly cleaned using antimicrobial and anti-fungal treatments to eliminate residual spores.
